Where to Start?

I suppose I wouldn't have this problem if I kept up with the blog over the summer. But we were busy doing summer things! So, here's a quick photo tour. I figure I better catch up now, since my mom and I made fig jam today, which means fall is right around the corner.

Avena and I on the steam train in Tilden Park in Berkeley while Ben's mom was visiting.

Avena at the helm at the kid's museum in Sausalito.

Chillin' with the cousins (Mae, Henry, and Addy) in Wisconsin.

My dad, Henry, and Josh filling the truck with rabbit poop for the garlic beds at my dad' s place.

Addy and Avena on the swings at Popi Goni and Grandma Teresa's house in Wisconsin. Avena followed Addy like a shadow the whole trip, and Addy was a most accomodating older cousin.

Ben and Avena at Ardenwood historic farm in Fremont.

Avena's favorite part of Ardenwood was the porch on the farmhouse. She thought petting rabbits and goats was fine, but she preferred the wicker chairs.

Have you ever seen anyone like a carousel this much? This particular carousel is at Pier 39 in San Francisco. She did this the whole time.

Ben and Avena doing lunch in Napa on my mom's birthday.

The county fair with Uncle Josh during his visit to California.
