Greetings from Martinez, California! Our blog started as a way to keep family and friends updated as we adopted our daughter from Ghana, West Africa. Now that we are home, the postings aren't quite as exciting, but it's still a great way to keep everyone in the loop. Enjoy!

Thank You
Thanks so much to all of you who have kept track of us and left encouraging comments on the blog or sent email. We really appreciate it. It's been so nice to know that folks have been looking out for us even though we're far away from home.
I'm so full of joy and grateful that all of our prayers have been answered. Our Lord has perfect timing since Easter is about new beginnings and life. This is going to be the best journey you will ever experience full of joy, sometimes tears, but most of all a love you never imagined. Welcome to the Sisterhood of Mothers! xxxooo
Hope you made it home! ;) We still need updates now that you are back- you are killing me after I got used to you being bored everyday and filling us in on your little cutie! Hope all is well and you are enjoying being home as a family of three!!
